The Commencement address delivered by Steve Jobs in Stanford 趁著剛考完段考的空檔， 讓孩子們觀賞賈伯斯這場在史丹佛大學畢業典禮上，非常發人深省的演講。 最近班上有不少同學也正在因『未來』而煩惱， 不知道自己的興趣是什麼？ 不知道該念高中還是高職？ 不知道該念哪一個科系？ 不知道『未來』在哪裡？ 希望這場演講能給他們一點鼓勵與方向。   （英文演講稿的資料來源： Stanford University ） I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. 100年校內英文作文比賽。 為了配合台中市英文作文比賽，因此先進行校內比賽，選出參加市賽的代表。 （圖片來源： Beginning Composition Through Pictures ） 比賽方式完全仿照市賽，採看圖寫作的方式， 四格漫畫中的最後一格刻意留白，讓學生自由發揮。 這次校內比賽由學生自由報名參加， 因為時程很趕，原本擔心會沒有學生報名， 所幸在各班英文老師以及教務處的協助下，一共有25名學生報名參加。 只不過，有一位糊塗學生，竟然忘記比賽時間而未出席，十分可惜。 非常感謝教學組意婷組長，全程協助監考工作，阿哩嘎多。

心中的一塊大石頭總算是可以放下來了。 今年與君盈老師一同負責指導讀者劇場比賽，我們心中是倍感壓力， 因為去年學校第一次參加台中市讀者劇場比賽就一鳴驚人，榮獲第一名， 所以心裡難免會有一股『非一即輸』的壓力。 幸好，經過兩個多月的密集訓練後， 在比賽當天，孩子們很爭氣地在舞台上展現出最完美的一次演出， 所以比賽結果是令人感到開心與欣慰的， 而壓在心頭已久的那塊大石，總算是可以 傳給下一屆 放下了。   接下來，就把這次讀者劇場比賽的準備過程，簡單作個記錄。 一、 校內演員徵選： 雖然劇本還不知道在哪裡，不過，心目中最理想的演員人數是 6 人， 所以就冒險先進行演員的徵選。 徵選採學生自由報名的方式， 有興趣的學生可以先到教務處報名並領取徵選用劇本，預先作準備。 因為比賽用劇本尚未生出來， 因此校內徵選用的劇本是從 RT 研習時， 楊耀錡老師所提供的資源中挑選一個故事來讓學生唸。 因為報名甄選的學生人數遠遠超出預期，所以甄選的地點臨時改在視聽教室舉行。 學生可以自行選擇故事中的任何一段演出，時間大約一分鐘。 經過一輪廝殺之後，一共選出六位選手， 剛好三位新生，三位舊生，頗有經驗傳承的味道。   二、 參賽劇本： 劇本的產出的確是一段相當痛苦的過程， 因為原創劇本的難度相當高，而且又有時間上的壓力， 所以最後決定使用現成的劇本再加以改編。 不過，要找現成的劇本也不簡單。 幸好， RT 研習時，楊老師有提供現成的劇本可以參考， 只不過，劇本的數量實在多得驚人。 最後，就在看劇本看到眼睛即將脫窗之際， 終於在上百本劇本當中，選到這個符合我們選手人數以及程度的劇本。 不過，雖然劇本已經選出來了，可是，一直到賽前報名送件時都還在修改， 一來是因為原來的劇本在練習時發現少了一點戲劇效果， 因此在參考原著故事後作了大幅度的修改。 可是修改後的劇本長度又會超過比賽規定的 6 分鐘。 為了避免超過比賽時間長度而被扣分，所以幾乎每一次練習後都會修改劇本。 即使最後已經刪減到極限了，演出都有可能會超出時間。 幸好，比賽時，根據錄影結果，演出時間是落在驚人卻又完美的 5 分 59 秒！ 三、 校內集訓： 每週固定一個午休時間為校內集訓時間。 原本是把戲份比較吃重的角色分配給有經驗的二年級學生...

201，這是一個相當活潑，喜歡唱歌的班級。 每一次在這個班級作英語歌唱教學時，都相當有成就感。 不管歌有多老，或是多難唱， 他們只需聽個兩、三遍，馬上就可以跟上旋律開始哼起來。 而且，這個班上有幾位『靈魂人物』非常會帶動氣氛。 在他們的帶動以及氣氛的感染下， 即使是平常上課不念課文，或是英文不好的同學， 都會開口慢慢跟著唱， 所以每次到了唱歌時間，這個班的上課氣氛都異常的高亢歡樂。 ▲ Seasons in the Sun by 吸塵器男孩。

讀者劇場（Reader Theater)校內班級實作。 實作時間：寒假輔導課（4節英文課）。 劇本：Hippo's Toothache（彰化縣 楊耀琦老師提供） 實作方式： 1. 第一堂課： 依劇本角色人數將學生分成說故事小組，每組7人。 向全班同學簡要說明什麼是『讀者劇場』，隨後介紹本次實作的故事內容。 同學再自行挑選想要扮演的角色。 3. 第二堂課： 角色分組練習。將各故事小組中扮演相同角色的同學集合成一組 （例：Hippo組、Lion組、Narrator組...等）， 因為組員要念的台詞相同，所以可以集中火力練習，同學間也可以互相指導幫忙。 老師則遊走各角色小組，機動提供協助。 4. 第三堂課： 故事小組練習。經過角色分組練習以後，各角色回到原本的故事小組， 練習朗讀表演整個劇本，並且培養默契，討論演出的方式。 5. 第四堂課：成果表演。   實作照片： 01 ▲ 02 ▲ 03 ▲ 04 ▲ 05 ▲ 06 ▲ 07 ▲ 08 ▲ 09 ▲ 10 ▲ 11 ▲ 12 ▲ 13 ▲   成果表演影片： 14 ▲ 小組成果表演。 15 ▲ 團結力量大。   檢討： 小組成果表演不如預期，絕大部分的同學還是無法利用聲音演出角色，跟平常念課文時的狀況差不多。 可能的原因有： 1. 同學首次接觸讀者劇場，還不熟悉。 2. 練習時間不夠。 3. 上台表演會緊張怯場。
